CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER

JOB TITLE: Construction Site Manager
REPORTS TO: Managing Director
LOCATION: Kampong Speu
SALARY RANGE: Negotiable

• Oversee direct construction from conception to completion
• Review project in-depth schedule deliverables estimate costs
• Monitor compliance building safety regulations
• Analyses project and mitigate risks
• Coordinate directly with workers & subcontractors
• Select materials equipment track inventory
• Inspects work in progress to ensure conformity with QA/QC specifications and requirements
• Daily report to Managing Director on time
• Corrective actions plan if project becomes behind the schedule or over the budget
• Manage administration document
